  • Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (NASDAQ:CORT) shares fell 21% to $26.07.
  • Lifezone Metals Limited (NYSE:LZM) shares tumbled 15.7% to $13.05.
  • Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNDX) fell 15% to $13.29. JP Morgan maintained Syndax Pharmaceuticals with an Overweight and lowered the price target from $36 to $33.
  • Opera Limited (NASDAQ:OPRA) shares tumbled 11.3% to $11.57 after the company announced the pricing of its underwritten secondary public offering of 6,876,506 ADSs to be sold by a pre-IPO shareholder at a public offering price of $12.25 per ADS.
  • Greenfire Resources Ltd. (NYSE:GFR) dipped 9.8% to $4.9605.
  • LanzaTech Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:LNZA) fell 7.9% to $4.88. LanzaTech announced collaboration with Dow to introduce bio-degradable cleaning solution.
  • Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE:UEC) fell 7.7% to $5.16. Uranium Energy reported FY23 revenue of $163.95 million.
  • Fathom Digital Manufacturing Corporation (NYSE:FATH) shares declined 7.7% to $5.54.
  • Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRIS) fell 7.6% to $7.02.
  • Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALLO) declined 7.6% to $3.15.
  • Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) shares declined 6.7% to $145.13. Northcoast Research downgraded Badger Meter from Neutral to Sell.
  • Shengfeng Development Limited (NASDAQ:SFWL) fell 6.3% to $12.18.
  • TG Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TGTX) fell 5.5% to $8.28.
  • Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:MTN) fell 5.3% to $229.40 as the company posted weaker-than-expected sales for its fourth quarter. The company posted a quarterly loss of $3.35 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $2.70 per share.
  • Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE:CUK) fell 4.8% to $12.29 following third-quarter results.
