Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:UBER) shares are trading higher Thursday after the company announced a CFO transition.
What To Know: Uber late Wednesday announced that on November 13, Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, who currently holds a position as CFO of Analog Devices (NASDAQ:ADI), will join the company as CFO.
Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO of Uber, spoke on the transition, saying, “Prashanth is an incredibly skilled and dynamic finance executive, with decades of experience across a variety of complex industries. I’m confident he’ll be able to help us deliver even more innovation and efficiency as we continue this next phase of profitable growth.”

UBER Price Action: Shares of UBER were up 2.77% at $46.39 at the time of publication, according to Benzinga Pro.
