What To Know: FINRA has processed and announced the corporate action of exchanging META’s Series A Preferred shares for shares of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Inc on its daily list.

Shareholders of Meta Materials preferred stock with settled positions as of Dec. 12 will receive one share of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons for every one share of Meta Materials preferred stock held on Dec. 14.
