UBS is offering spot bitcoin ETFs to eligible wealth management clients, a person familiar with the matter said.
Individual investors complained on social-media platform X on Thursday that they had been unable to access the products on UBS’s trading platform or those of several other banks and brokerages.
Some of the companies have said they are still evaluating the suitability of the ETFs for their clients. Vanguard said it won’t offer the funds.
