Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, a commercial mortgage real estate investment trust, announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share for the second quarter of 2023.
The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $1.88 per common share, is payable on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2023.

NewLake Capital Partners, a provider of real estate capital to state-licensed cannabis operators, announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2023 cash dividend of $0.39 per share of common stock.
The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.56 per common share. This represents an 11.4% increase year-over-year. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2023, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023.
