Karaoke products maker Singing Machine Company Inc (NASDAQ:MICS) has engaged Vendo Commerce to help maximize sales opportunities through Amazon.Com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) online platform.

Vendo is a full-service digital growth company specializing in e-commerce strategies for Amazon and Walmart Inc. (NYSE:WMT) and is part of the PLTFRM group of companies.

With Vendo’s support, Singing believes it can expand retail sales through Amazon to ultimately equal or even exceed its Walmart and Target Corp (NYSE:TGT) sales levels.

“Vendo is a well-respected firm in the e-commerce space. We believe that they are world class experts in leveraging Amazon, Walmart and Target in particular, and this overlaps extremely well with our largest retail partnerships today,” said CEO Gary Atkinson.

Price Action: MICS shares are trading higher by 5.2% at $1.41 in premarket on the last check Thursday.
