Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) reported quarterly earnings of $1.59 per share which met the analyst consensus estimate. This is a 4.22 percent decrease over earnings of $1.66 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $20.80 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $20.73 billion by 0.34 percent. This is a 0.73 percent decrease over sales of $20.95 billion the same period last year.
