Nicola Mining Inc. (TSXV:NIM)(FSE: HLI), (the “Company” or “Nicola”) is pleased to announce that it and Osisko Development Corp. (NYSE:ODV) (TSXV:ODV) (“Osisko”) have signed a Mining and Milling Profit Share Agreement (the “Agreement“).
