The federal agency is a repeat client and has partnered with IZEA for four consecutive years on a wide variety of public awareness campaigns.
“We have been witnessing incremental improvements in market conditions each month this year, and April marked our best managed services bookings month year to date,” said Ted Murphy, IZEA Chairman and CEO. “There was a significant amount of uncertainty in the market at the onset of 2023, with waves of layoffs impacting both brand and agency customers. As we approach the middle of the year, we are seeing more customers solidify budgets and staffing levels, which in turn has led to more commitments.”
Bookings are a measure of all sales orders minus any known or expected cancellations or refunds with respect to such sales orders or refunds. Management uses bookings to inform expectations of total sales activity. Bookings are not always an indicator of revenue for the quarter and could be subject to future adjustments. Revenues from Managed Services bookings are typically recognized over a nine-month period on average.
