(“Gorilla”) (NASDAQ:GRRR), a global provider of AI-based edge video analytics, IoT technologies, and cybersecurity, today announced that it has filed a universal shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The filing enhances the company’s financial maneuverability, enabling greater access to the capital markets to fund Gorilla’s growth.
