Wall Street expects DISH Network Corporation (NASDAQ:DISH) to report quarterly earnings at 4 cents per share on revenue of $3.72 billion before the opening bell. DISH Network shares fell 2.4% to $5.36 in after-hours trading.

Analysts expect Constellation Energy Corporation (NASDAQ:CEG) to earn $1.42 per share on revenue of $7.02 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Constellation Energy shares gained 0.1% to $117.10 in the after-hours trading session.

Prime Medicine, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRME) reported a wider-than-expected loss for its third quarter. Prime Medicine shares fell 3.2% to $7.55 in the after-hours trading session.

After the markets close, NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ:NXPI) is expected to post quarterly earnings at $3.59 per share on revenue of $3.40 billion. NXP Semiconductors shares gained 0.1% to $181.60 in after-hours trading.

Analysts expect The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (NASDAQ:GT) to report quarterly earnings at 19 cents per share on revenue of $5.31 billion after the closing bell. Goodyear Tire & Rubber shares gained 0.6% to $12.64 in after-hours trading.

Red White & Bloom has completed its acquisition of Aleafia Health and its subsidiaries, RWB Canada has obtained Aleafia Health's intellectual property assets and purchased shares in the companies Emblem Cannabis, Aleafia Retail and Canabo Medical. It acquired 9.4% of One Plant from Aleafia and obtained shares, an 86-acre cultivation site in Port Perry, Ontario and a 65,000sq ft cultivation, processing and packaging facility in Paris, Ontario. In a press release RWB CEO Bradley R. Rogers said the acquisition "provides a clear and near-term path to combine our teams while rolling up strategic assets across Canada." RWB anticipates generating CA$140m ($105m) of annualized revenue across north American retail and distribution channels from the combination, with Colby De Zen, president of RWB, forecasting "annual synergies exceeding CA$12 million".
