  • BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:BTAI) shares dropped 62.2% to $6.68 after the company released topline results from TRANQUILITY II Phase 3 trial of BXCL501 for acute treatment of Alzheimer's Disease-related agitation.
  • Liquidia Corporation (NASDAQ:LQDA) fell 15% to $8.42. Liquidia said it is evaluating claim of patent application from United Therapeutics.
  • Xiao-I Corporation (NASDAQ:AIXI) declined 12.1% to $5.38. Xiao-I launched generative AI Model.
  • Disc Medicine Opco Inc (NASDAQ:IRON) dipped 10.8% to $45.65.
  • Olema Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:OLMA) fell 10.1% to $8.68.
  • Minerva Neurosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:NERV) dropped 9.2% to $9.25. Minerva Neurosciences shares jumped over 69% on Wednesday after the company announced a $20 million private placement priced at a premium to the market.
  • Alvotech (NASDAQ:ALVO) dropped 8.2% to $6.75 after the FDA issued a complete response letter to second application for AVT02, biosimilar candidate for Humira.

  • Cricut, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRCT) dipped 7% to $13.20.
