With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Thursday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) to post quarterly earnings at 34 cents per share on revenue of $131.54 billion after the closing bell. Amazon shares gained 0.7% to $129.08 in after-hours trading.
  • Qualcomm Inc (NASDAQ:QCOM) reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, while sales missed estimates. Qualcomm shares declined 6.9% to $120.40 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) to have earned $1.09 per share on revenue of $74.24 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings after the markets close. Apple shares rose 0.1% to $192.81 in after-hours trading.

  • PayPal Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:PYPL) reported upbeat earnings and sales results for its second quarter, but saw a sequential decline in active accounts. PayPal shares fell 7.2% to $67.95 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) to report quarterly earnings at $1.11 per share on revenue of $4.05 billion before the opening bell. Kellogg shares rose 0.1% to $66.65 in after-hours trading.
