AMC shares have been falling since the company announced a $350 million at-the-market share offering on Nov. 10, just after reporting record revenue with its third-quarter financial results on Nov. 8. The stock has lost more than 26% over the last month.

According to data from Benzinga Pro, shares of AMC are trading below the stock’s 50-day moving average of $8.85, and 9.37% of available AMC shares are being sold short.
