Alpha Modus, Corp. (“Alpha Modus”), a technology company with a core focus on artificial intelligence in retail, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Rodney (Rod) Sperry as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Sperry brings over fourteen years of experience in public accounting to the Alpha Modus team. In previous positions, Mr. Sperry’s responsibilities included performing audits of both private and publicly traded companies across various industries. He was responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) filings, compliance and financial statement preparation. From 2014 to present, Mr. Sperry has provided consulting services to several public companies advising on SEC filings, reporting standards and financial statement preparation. Since 2021, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Accredited Solutions, Inc. From 2013 through 2015, Mr. Sperry served as Senior Manager at NowCFO where he was responsible for financial statement preparation and company performance analysis. Mr. Sperry’s professional background includes roles as Audit Manager of Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC from 2006 to 2010 and President of Sperry Management, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, from 1997 to 2001, Mr. Sperry served as a Technology Manager at Pinnock, Robbins, Posey & Richins and Controller of Homeowners Plus Financial Services. Mr. Sperry began his career at Desert Research Inc. as an Assistant Controller. Mr. Sperry obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from Utah State University and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Westminster College.
