Data Storage Corporation (NASDAQ:DTST) (“DSC” and the “Company”), a provider of diverse business continuity solutions for disaster-recovery, cloud infrastructure, cyber-security, and IT services, today announced that it has merged its two subsidiaries, Flagship Solutions Group (“Flagship”) and CloudFirst.
