Packaging Company Westrock Increases Dividend By 10%

WestRock Company (NYSE: WRK) said its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3025, an increase of $0.0275 per share 

WestRock Company (NYSE:WRK) said its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3025, an increase of $0.0275 per share from its previous quarterly dividend.

This represents an annualized increase of $0.11 per share or 10%. The quarterly dividend will be paid on November 21, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2023.

The company held $314.8 million in cash and equivalents as of June 30, 2023.

Westrock is slated to report is fourth-quarter FY23 earnings on November 9, 2023.

Westrock provides sustainable paper and packaging solutions throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. 

Price Action: WRK shares are trading higher by 1.48% at $35.76 on the last check Friday.
