  • NIO Inc. (NYSE:NIO) shares fell 7% to $7.93 in pre-market trading. NIO reported closing of US$1 billion convertible senior notes offering.
  • Li Auto Inc. (NASDAQ:LI) shares declined 6.6% to $36.67 in pre-market trading.
