Tenet Healthcare posted quarterly earnings of $1.44 per share, beating market estimates of $1.26 per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $5.08 billion versus expectations of $4.90 billion.

Tenet Healthcare said it sees third-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.94 to $1.28 per share on revenues of $4.9 billion to $5.1 billion.

Tenet Healthcare shares gained 3.2% to $77.11 on Tuesday.
