SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:SSNC) has appointed Brian Schell as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will report to Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Schell will join SS&C on August 7 from Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (BATS:CBOE), where he was Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer.

Schell holds a master’s degree in business administration, finance and investments from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Cboe Global Markets promoted Jill Griebenow to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, replacing Brian Schell.
Price Action: SSNC shares closed lower by 1.38% at $59.38 on Thursday.
