Amazon has filed a lawsuit against an international theft ring called REKK, accusing it of orchestrating a refund scam, defrauding millions of dollars from the company by requesting refunds for items that were never returned, involving hacking into Amazon's systems and bribing company employees to approve fraudulent refunds, with over a dozen transactions recorded from June 2022 to May 2023.
